All products are normally shipped via the United States Postal Service. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt and received by the customer in 2 -3 working days after that. Shipping is a flat rate of $6 per order to ship anywhere in the US.
We take pride in offering high quality products that we are confident you will love. If you find a product is not quite right we will accept returns for products that do not have a sample size available. Please take advantage of our samples on all other products.
To begin the return process, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product you wish to return and your order number. This email must be sent within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are for store credit only in the amount of 75%. We do not offer refunds on sample size products or full-size products that have samples available, clearance/sale products, brushes, gift certificates, or used items. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are accepted as long as they meet the requirements (no sample size products or full-size products that have samples available, clearance/sale products, brushes, gift certificates, or used). If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a 75% refund in the form of store credit will automatically be applied to your account. If the item does not meet the requirements and is rejected you will not receive a credit.
A majority of customers never return items. When items are returned, they cannot be resold due to the nature of the product. Besides the cost of each item, there are processing fees associated with each order. The 25% fee covers part of the cost of these charges. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs have to be "shared" by others, which we believe is not fair. We choose to keep our prices down by giving a 75% store credit on returned items.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your items are damaged in shipping, please contact Purely Posh immediately to initiate a return. You will be asked to return all original packaging material, labels and contents before a replacement can be issued.
If a product is received in error, we will gladly pay for the shipping to return the item and exchange it for the correct item.
Out of Stock Products
Normally all products are in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back ordered. Usually, the entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items become available. You will be notified of these changes by phone or email.
